A recent example includes the creation of a grass jelly flavor for the Indonesian market, where we benchmarked against leading products to replicate the characteristic tonality familiar to local consumers. It helped that we actually tasted it too! For our version imagine a mix of a vanilla biscuit mixed with a candy cane- Interestingly not very grassy at all, despite the name.
Our Technical team continue to analyze products within our target segments to understand the desired flavor profiles and flavor trends, ensuring alignment with market expectations. This process allows us to deliver flavors that not only meet the project brief but also achieve strong consumer acceptance.
AMOF specializes in custom flavor match and development, tailored to specific product requirements and processing conditions across confectionery, beverage, dairy, oral care, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications.
